I liked the low poly aesthetic of the game, and how the aura of the level changed as I went deeper! However, I felt like the game was too bland. There wasn't much to interact with, and the movement was too sluggish. Since the game is more exploration focused, I think it could have benefited from having controls which made it quicker to navigate the labyrinth. Overall, nice job.

The art design was really good! I think the game could've been fleshed out more. I didn't see much variation in what was being thrown at the player as they continue falling. I also found that not inputting anything did not punish me as I continued following unscathed. I'm not sure if I was missing something. Overall, good job!

The platforming was fun, and I really liked the setting. I particularly enjoyed thinking about the spacing of my jumps and how long I had to hold down the jump button and drift accordingly.

The aesthetic was good. I particularly liked using the wind/tornado option.

It was a simple and enjoyable game.

I really liked the game! The overall aesthetic was great, and the controls were easy to master and apply. Good job on the audio and graphics as well!

The game was solid. I like figuring out the optimal way to dig so that I can get as much money and also have enough to get back up. Good job!

Short and sweet. I wish you the best in further making games!

The game was really fun! I ended up completing all the levels and found it satisfying to experiment with various angles and powerups. I really liked the multiple ball power-up; it made the game very exciting. My most favorite aspect of the game was seeing how the power-ups chained into each other as the ball reached the end. It was really satisfying. Overall, you did a great job!

The game was short and sweet. It wasn't all that challenging or interesting as I just held down and pressed the E button. Curious to see what the completed game will be like. Overall, you made a good effort!

The game was nice. I think the theme (going deeper into the cycle of grief) has more scope for being fleshed out. I think there could have been more variation to each of the stages (except the last one); they didn't feel that distinct from one another.

The graphics and audio were amazing! The backgrounds really set the tone for each area and the audio really added to the immersion. While playing through the level was fun, I ended up facing several issues while playing.

I think the game could've benefitted from being shorter given the scope of the game jam. I also think that making the light attack and heavy attack more distinct could've helped. It felt like they only differed in damage dealt (and had the same starting and ending lag) and I didn't find a reason for ever wanting to use the light attack. Also, given how the player can attack mid-air, you could have added an animation for that. It felt odd to see the player jumping and making the attack sound effect with no visible change.

While I would have loved to have finished the game, I ended up not being able to go down a bunch of platforms (where there is a visual indicator to press 'S') and ended up getting stuck. It worked during my first pass but not when I was backtracking. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.

Overall, you did a good job! I hope I can finish it someday.

The graphics and sound design were really good! They created a really unique aesthetic. The gameplay was good but I wasn't a fan of having to hold down on the left button while playing. Also, I think the story could have been fleshed out more. Overall, good job!

The atmosphere was really good! I liked how you made the descent more interesting by using various creatures, modifying the lighting, and using sound; it gave me a reason to continue going down. One thing I didn't fully understand was the point of having the S key. I didn't find myself not wanting to descend once I had started going down. Overall, good job!

The game was simple and fun! It was on the easier side though and I didn't find my movement being tested as much. I really liked the music as well. Good job.

I would really appreciate it if you could review my game as well!

The game is simple and fun. I liked how the introductory area served as a way to get used to the controls. I think the game could have benefitted from not having long paths that just lead to dead ends.

I hope you can check out my game as well!

The puzzles were fun to figure out! I like how the levels were designed such that the player learns how the game works on the go. The music and graphics were pleasant. I'm stuck on level 5 (the one that looks like an F) currently, but I am looking forward to beating it!

I was fond of the music and art. They definitely added in setting the theme of the game. Platforming with the float ad jump was also fun. The presence of flames and platforms at odd angles made me conscious of how I used my float, and it made me more involved in the decision making in the game.

One thing that was off putting was the ceiling of the level. It felt counterintuitive to have no space to go higher up despite no physical ceiling being present. I think the game could've benefitted from having a death or damage animation. I couldn't tell if I had died due to fall damage or if I hit an enemy the first few times I died. Overall, good job.

The game was fun. A downside was the difficulty I had in trying to kill enemies using the knife. I felt like I wasn't attacking them properly. I mostly ended up using the cross bow. Otherwise, the art and movement were good. The enemy variety was also good.

Thanks for the feedback! Could you elaborate more on what could have made movement faster? Do you think being able to hold down to increase descent speed would have helped (and vice-versa for going up)?
